All orders ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking number is emailed once order is shipped. Kikos Kloset is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. Buyers are responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses, re-shipment fees or lost/stolen packages.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Assessment of duties & taxes will be based on the value of the order and the destination country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. If any orders are refused, all costs & fees will apply including original purchased item(s), shipping, duties & taxes, etc.
