The Eloise 1980s Silk Ruffle Skirt is crafted from 100% Thai silk, featuring tiered ruffles that create movement and volume through the hem. The upper panel is hand-painted with metallic silver vertical striping, done by Kiko herself, adding contrast and subtle sheen against the black silk ground. It fastens in the back with a zipper and button closure, and the fabric has a satisfying weight that helps the ruffles hold their shape.
